SELF ESTEEM: How we feel about our inside qualities. It is about how we rate or appraise ourselves.
SELF IMAGE: How we think we appear to others on the outside, including whether we think we are ‘popular’, ‘pretty’, ‘smart’ based on others judgments.
EGO ESTEEM: Is thinking one is (or is trying to be) better than others. These people make themselves feel important by making others feel unimportant and are ego-centric, narcissistic, and self centered.
Improving your self confidence will strengthen your relationships and increase your success at work and at home. There is a high correlation between moral decision making and the level of self esteem.
Once low self esteem is formed the negative view saturates every thought producing faulty assumptions and ongoing self defeating behavior.
